1. Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed items)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or washed linens
- Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
